The sad thing about this place is that it's in the best location ever. I didn't have high exoactetipns for service I just wanted to have a stay without negative incidents and this didn't happen. They ended up refunding me for the fraudulent charges but not until we spent two hours of time haggling with them. I also noticed that the hotel has a lot of apologies on yelp to unsatisfied customers. But after apologizing so many times, doesn't it occur to them to fix the problems?
